if he has seven hundred middle score, counrtywide has a product callled fast and easy, Completely stated income & assets. scores under 730 get hit 1.25 on price & condo hit .375. Yep!!!! It is not as big a problem as it sounds. There are several ways to approach this one. Are mom and dad really “buying” them out of the current home????? Instead of a “gift” I would bet this would be better on their taxes, but I dunno. As long as they have good credit this will work. I am an underwriter for Accubanc. Where is the property located????
